The event had approximately 50 participants representing a diverse range of people interested in geospatial and spatiotemporal research. The meeting aimed to review the center&#8217;s ongoing research projects, identify new initiatives, and facilitate collaborations among academia, agency and industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a hub for foundational and innovative research, the NSF Spatiotemporal Innovation Center plays a vital role in advancing spatiotemporal thinking, computing, and applications. Throughout the two-day event, attendees had the opportunity to delve into the center&#8217;s 13 innovative research projects\/proposals. The presentations showcased the significant progress made and the presenters shared research findings freely among members.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting provided an opportunity for potential new sites to present their site strengths and potential projects. The selection of new projects aimed to expand the center&#8217;s research portfolio and drive innovation.
